PRICES POLICY

Private and Seat in Coach Tours Prices include:
- Domestic air flights according to program. The price of the flights can change depending on the will of air companies. Domestic airport tax are INCLUDED (in Cambodia and from K.Samui ‘Thailand’ are NOT INCLUDED)
- Regional air flights according to program. The price of the flights can change depending on the will of air companies (International airport tax are always NOT INCLUDED)

- Procedure to obtain the Visa in Vietnam (the cost of the VISA is extra. USD 25 single entry and USD 50 multiply entry that the client have to pay on arrival)
- Hotels with breakfast
- Meals according to program
- Transfers and excursions according to program
- English speaking guide
- English assistance throughout the trip
- 24 hours Emergency Number with English speaking operator
- Complimentary gift at arrival
- Complimentary drinking water and refreshing tissues for long journeys
- Bus signs and welcome banners with Tour Operator logo

CANCELLATION POLICY

Services booked online: In order to communicate us your cancellations you are kindly invited to cancel online by your self the services. You can find all your online bookings listed in our website only after you have been authenticated. Using others ways (email, telephone, etc..) will be accepted, but the penalties will be calculated only when our operator will cancel the services.

The penalty fees are indicated before to confirm each booking in the last step of the reservation procedure and when you start trying to cancel a service.

Services booked by Email or Form: For traditional bookings and bookings by form, you are invited to send us an email to planning@ascointernational.com or to contact us by phone or fax.

The following penalty fees will be:

-Cancellation before 45 days: no charge
-Cancellation before 30 days: 10% of the offer total price
-Cancellation before 21 days: 30% of the offer total price
-Cancellation before 14 days: 50% of the offer total price
-Cancellation within 14 days: 100% of the offer total price

The following cancellation penalties are always valid:

1.        CANCELLATION FOR ACTS OF GOD (EPIDEMICS, WARS, POLITICAL REASONS)// declared and confirmed of official international agencies: 100% REFUND

2.        CANCELLATION FOR ACTS OF GOD (POLITICAL EPIDEMICS, WARS, REASONS)// declared only from the FOREIGN AFFAIR and without the support of Official International Agencies: NO REFUND "the contractual penitentiaries" (from our side we will do our best to take the full refund, but it depends on the suppliers and on their commercial polices)

3.        CANCELLATION FOR ACTS OF GOD (STRIKES, ANY CANCELLATION CAUSED BY INTERNATIONAL AIRLINES FROM THE ORIGINAL DEPARTURE)// depending from the country of origin of the participants: NO REFUND "the contractual penitentiaries are followed"

 

PAYMENTS POLICY

. The terms of payment are indicated before to confirm each booking in the last step of the reservation procedure.

. for traditional bookings and bookings by form it will be applied the following payment policy:

Individuals: payment at reception of the invoice
Groups superior to 15 pax: 10 % at the moment of the confirmation and balance 30 days before the arrival of the group.

The quotations in Thailand are in USD and base on the exchange rate BAHT/USD is 34 Baht x 1 USD
